My previous printer was only 2 years old. Parts were no longer available. The new printer was a more recent model of the same printer
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.My printer finally died after 10 years. The new HP was able to connect to the WiFi, but wouldn't connect to the computer. Kept telling me my info was wrong. Tech. had connected a number of the same printer and was able to by pass some stuff and connect everything up.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This Printer was brand new, purchased at Best Buy it wasn't a add on. The agent went over complete install on my computer as well as internet connection. He was very professional and friendly. I would request this agents help in the future.
