The agent set up my new TV and printer, and both are working well.

Tech Leopold was very professional- gave advice and very thorough. Took months to be able to schedule but set up printer effortlessly, as well as checking virus protection- acquired card for future use- hope it won’t take months.

Set up of my printer it work for few days then got some troubles printing ! Do not need this obstacles I need it to print when I need it !

The representative got my printer up and running. He was courteous abd knowledgeable.

I asked for my laptops to be synchronized and to also set my printer to copy and scan from each. when the tech got there he said I did not use the right words for what I wanted done. I had paid something like $300 +- for the service and he said I would have to pay more. he did not charge me more and proceeded to do what I wanted. took less than an hour. this was after I told him I was not the expert he was. just sync the laptops just like me phone is sync'd . If I knew how to do it I would not need him. the point being just like I do in my business, ask the customer if they understand and help them by interpreting their needs to make sure they get what is needed. simple customer service stuff.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience with Scott from GeekSquad. He called 40 minutes ahead, arrived on time at the front gate, and followed directions up to the back yard/door. Scott immediately got to work hooking up our printer to 2 computers in separate rooms. He finished the job in a reasonable amount of time, and was personable and professional in answering any questions we (both novices) had about our machines.

They connected my printer and found my contacts and folders. Increased the size if my curser. very helpful.

The Technician, Josh, worked above and beyond to get our HP printer working again.

It was offered at a discounted price with my Geek Squad subscription but I was able to get it all hooked up to my printer with no issues so I cancelled the visit.

Great service - the Geek Squad guys were on time - mounted my new 77” Samsung perfectly - helped me find an additional Sonos portable speaker and checked out all of my TV’s in the house including adding a few apps

The geek squad individuals are awesome. You set up both of my printers which had sat in boxes for months. I was intimidated. But the gentleman was kind and explained everything to me. I feel confident in using my printers.

Colin installed my new computer and printer with great efficiency and care. Colin is an asset to the Geek Squad. However, the overall experience with scheduling the appointment by store staff was not a good one.

THE AGENT WAS SUPER QUICK IDENTIFYING THE ISSUE AND FIXING IT. IT TOOK JUST 10 MINUTES FOR HIM TO FIX.

When I finally was able to get a Tech to help set-up the printer, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same thing when I tried to set-up this visit. Your call center personnel have NO clue what they are doing. One of your reps. advised the GEEK Squad only makes house calls for appliances. I finally had to make an appointment with the Eagan Store. If you do not do something about this, you will end up like Circuit City.

Printer was installed efficiently. Printer is a were model of the one that broke.
