Q: QuestionWhen does haul away team come please?
Asked by ColleenC.
- A:Answer Good question! From my experience they will tell you they will but when they get there it will be one guy and no they will not haul away anything. My experience was: They communicated one thing and then providing much less service, from my experience I will say is quite normal. Calling this TotalCare is highly dishonest! I specifically told them I had a bad back, I wanted delivery, mounting which included moving existing TV to another room, and a haul away of the removed TV, that I was in no shape to be doing any of it! I had this clear discussion when I bought the TV, and also had the same discussions when I called to confirm they fully aware of all of this and would for sure do the haul away. I was always told they would take care of it all, TotalCare is total care! I got TV delivered by one (1) person, so I had to help him move the 70" TV to another room and then hang the 77" TV. The 65" projection TV we had already had furniture company move it out to the carport to make the Best Buy pickup optimally easier. Obviously one (1) guy in a van could not handle the haul away, and he advised that would be another group, they would be calling me to schedule. They never called so I called Best Buy, after ~ 20 minutes on the phone, they intentionally disconnected me. Today I check on the Best Buy web site and find they have marked the haul away as being completed. Highly disappointed in the performance of Best Buy, and that surprised me. But from reading some I see they are apparently often dishonest around what TotalCare actually is. If they had been honest with me, I probably would have made my purchase from someone else, I certainly would not have made my purchase without having this worked out. They should be MORE HONEST! On a positive, the one (1) single guy that was sent out, he did a great job, but he needed a helper and a truck to do the haul away.

Q: QuestionI purchased a TV haul away 56" and above service. When the service staff arrived they informed me that they were not allowed to remove the wall mounted TV from its mounting. No one communicated to me that I needed to remove it. Is this oversight typical?
