GOOD LUCK WITH THAT - I HAD TO CALL THEM 3 TIMES TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT TO SET UP MY NEW 65 INCH Q80D TV - THEY FAILED TO SHOW UP AS SCHEDULED SO I REQUESTED A REFUND AND THEY GAVE IT TO ME - I GOT MY $199 BACK - BUT THIS EXPERIENCE WAS NOT GOOD AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE GEEK SQUAD -
