I joined Best Buy total tech support. They delivered and installed the TV, helped me accessed the home router, provided initial very helpful instructions. Well worth it for me.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't have cable, I have DishTV via satellite . I live in the country and was getting local channels through DishTV, which I have dropped. Reason being that I got an Indoor/Outdoor antenna from Best Buy. They hooked everything up when they brought the new TV (65"). Now I get all the local channels and Disney+, HBO, Peacock, Hulu, Netflix and others) with my new antenna. I get Prima through DishTV. My Internet is with AT&T through a DSL line (old phone line) and the reception is horrible like 5megabites. Currently, I have no other options for this service. I am told by a lot of friends that they are horrible with pricing and it still via satellite. If you have cable for programing and internet then you have to drop the programming and keep the internet. If you live in town (Columbia, lexington, West Columbia) you might try Spectra. They are a very high speed internet and prices are great. I am paying $61/month with a very slow internet speed. Spectra does not handle anyone that lives outside of town. My antenna is made by Antop. I didn't know to get being 20 miles out of town. It probably more than needed but I am happy with it. I hope this helps.
