  • QuestionFor the cost of $149.99 will you all connect the TV to AT&T UVerse box, set it up, put in entertainment center AND connect DVD player & put in entertainment center How does this work.........you order TV & then you call to order this installation fee??

    • Answer Hi Annie. Thanks for your great question. This service will cover us setting up the TV, mounting it if that's the plan, connecting it to your devices and showing your how it all works. You can either order it on our site and add the service or you can give us a call at (800) GEEK-SQUAD or (800) 433-5778 and we can make the order, set up the service and be with you the whole way. Furthermore, if you are a Total Tech Support member, the service is knocked down from $149 to $49.

  • QuestionIf one buys a QLED TV from Best Buy and has them install the TV in one's home, will the installer also calibrate the QLED TV as part of the installation service cost?

    • Answer Thanks for your question! The TV Calibration service is separate from the installation service and the TV needs to be "broken in" for some time before a calibration can be reliably performed.

  • QuestionDo you Repair 8 year old TVs?

    • Answer Personally, yes I have. If you are going to pay someone (assuming you have no warrantee) think twice. It will probably be better to upgrade to a new TV. Depending on the cost of repairs for your old one it may even be cheaper. I replaced a power supply card in a Samsung and it cost a hundred bucks. If I paid someone to do it, it would have been about $300 and I would have had to take the TV to them and bring it back home. TVs that are over 40 inches are not light and they are cumbersome. Still not as bad as the old CRTs.

  • QuestionTo hear sound from headphones and the TV speakers at the same when when watching TV the source device must have multiple audio outputs. Please advise which of your TV models output sound from both the headphones and the TV speakers at the same time.

    • Answer I made a purchase of a 49” Samsung TV and it was hand delivered on November 12, 2018. Anthony Assante and Mark were very professional and efficient to bring and set up my TV. These two were very respectful and caring toward this customer. I was greeted well and these two men were good representatives of Best Buy and their product. ALSO, they set up my Soundbar and connected it to my 49” Samsung TV. I will continue to purchase from Best Buy.
