No to both of your questions.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It just allows ONE USB-C-based cable to be plugged into it. Unfortunately, it does not come with any cables. It's sole purpose is to just shift the USB-C port from the bottom of the Switch unit to an actual, accessible USB-C port on the side. I use it with my wired GameCube controller on-the-go.

It fixes the issue of charging the Switch in tabletop mode and makes the system more stable than the built in kickstand. For doing that, it does a good job.
