To qualify as a student or teacher, you have to register an e-mail address that is associated with an educational institution. If you don't have one of those, no, you are not able to qualify as a student or teacher.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.One must provide Adobe with proof of eligibility before the software can be activated. For a teacher, that would include an ID from an accredited educational institution he or she works for, a paycheck stub from that institution, or letter of verification of employment on official letterhead from the institution's registrar. I do not believe that simply having employment responsibilities that can be construed as teaching, training, or coaching others would qualify, but to be sure it would certainly be advisable to contact Adobe directly.
