“What's in the box if I still have to download the software?”

Inside the box is a card that has a code. That code has to be entered on a website to get another code to install it. It’s ridiculous. A digital download would be much simpler. What’s even more ridiculous is that out of 4 of these I purchased, only 1 code was good. I was sent 4 more, and out of those 4, only 1 was good. When these are purchased online, something on each box is supposed to be scanned by Best Buy to activate, kind of like a gift card. Apparently Best Buy haphazardly scans these and you end up with codes that don’t work because it says the code hasn’t been activated. After going around and around with Best Buy for 2 days and getting absolutely nowhere, I contacted Adobe directly. They were able to help me activate all the licenses I had purchased. I do NOT recommend buying this product from Best Buy. I will never purchase software from Best Buy again. I would recommend buying this directly from Adobe. It will save you a lot of time and trouble.
