• Yes. But if you're more into making as you listed than editing photos, I would go for Illustrator rather than Photoshop.

• You can crop photos. I haven't tried to make flyers or posters or layouts.

• The short answer is yes, you can do all of those things. Note that Lightroom and especially Photoshop are like "Swiss Army Knives." They are powerful editing tools designed for many different functions and activities. That means you won't find a simple setting for "make a flyer," and so on. But if you take the time to learn the software (which admittedly can take some time), it will more than deliver what you’re asking.
