QuestionAdobe Creative Cloud for students and teachers is $239,00 with 1 year pre-paid subscription card. What does that mean? Does that the Adobe Cloud will work for only one year? or is there a yearly fee for using it?

- Answer Hi, Nancy When you purchase this card, you need an active student email address to register it with, otherwise it won't work. But, to answer your question, the $239 is the subscription fee. After you buy it, you have the creative suite for one year. After the year is over, you need to renew it (pay another $239) or your creative suite will expire.

- Answer Typically, you use your student email issued from the institution where you are taking classes. If you don't have a school email, you may not qualify. I would check with customer service to get the details.

- Answer It starts when you register the code, not when you buy. I would wait to validate the course you are taking doesnt include the Apps you need. Colleges get better deals than us individuals.

QuestionCan we buy the student edition of adobe cc in store and use a Best Buy gift card that we have? Also, the Adobe site says if you pay for the full year upfront, you get two extra months free. Is this included at Best Buy as well?

I'm not sure if everything you would need involving Adobe Creative cloud will be emailed because I bought mine at the store before most non-essential area stores were required to shutdown. However I have had luck with other products I've bought online and having the pertinent information emailed too me. Hope this helps a little bit.

- Answer I'm not sure what you mean by digital downloads. If you're doing anything in animation, design, music, producing, website design, things along those lines, then this is good for you.

- Answer You can put it on more than one computer, but only one person can be logged in at a time. One email per subscription. If you log in on one computer then log into a second The first computer will log out. The projects will save only to the computer your working on. You cannot transfer projects from one computer to another.

- Answer It includes everything from Adobe... so yes, it has the new Lightroom CC. Here is the Adobe page, https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud.html You will need a Student or Teacher account to use this version. You register as a student/teacher with Adobe through your validated school and are then allowed to install on no more than 2 computers that are tied to your account.
