• Currently, it is a download with serial number in the version I received. I believe you can still get a physical copy from the store.

• You can get it either way. I prefer the DVD, but you can also purchase it as a download only. Cost is the same either way. You do have to go on line and register it to get the Serial Number to use the software.

• Mine were downloads, but i think you can pay extra to get DVDs.

• Mine was a download... weird that the serial had to be shipped though. Could've saved postage by emailing it to me.
