“I have adobe Photoshop Elements II on another computer. I use the expert level on that program to change image sizing and process multiple files, usually to downsize images. Does this program look the same way? I don't want to relearn another program.”

No it doesn’t look the same and does not do all of the same features as the older version did.

Please try again later.I just upgraded from Elements 6 to Elements 19 using expert level & have found it very intuitive and am able to do my usual work of re-sizing images and making new ones. I was doing this on Photoshop CS3. It is only $59.00. Go for it. I upgraded because Mac is 64 bits now & I don't think Photoshop CS3 will be upgraded to 64 bits from 32 bit. I didn't want to be left out in the cold. Gotta keep up with the times. :)
