Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Go to their site and there’s an area where they will give you instructions step-by-step to access a code. In the box there’s a redemption code which you’re gonna need to put in. On the back of the box there is what they call scan to activate product by serial number and there’s a code there and put that in or scan it in. Like I mentioned before on their website there is an area where they will give you Assistance to get it activated. I hope this helps
