“Is there a reason it says elements? Is this basically the full softwares for photoshop and premiere? Or is this partial software?”

• They don’t have all the advanced features that professional photographers and videomakers use. I’ve been using these products for over 10 years and haven’t had any need or reason to get the higher priced versions.
