- Answer Hi, you can do by logging in Bestbuy , click Digital Library, click button Continue , log in Adobe , re-enter code to redeem. Adobe will allow you to download. Hope this works!

QuestionHow do I get access to a purchased digital software download. I need to add it to a laptop. There is no link in the purchase history. No information in the emails sent at the time of purchase. It was just purchased in January. Thank you.
