You can purchase this software in either one of two ways-- same price. You can order it in CD format (which I did), or you can order as electronic download which provides a code to allow you to download the full software package, whichever is your preference. Personally, I prefer having a hard copy of my software when possible, but either way is available.

Yes, there is a CD for installation.
