• I am sure if you check with Adobe they can tell you. Years ago you could download some programs to a desktop and one to a laptop but I am not sure now.

• According to the Adobe Website the license for Photoshop Elements allows it to be installed on up to two computers.

• Only if you have TWO LICENSES. Loading this software to more computers than you have licenses is a Federal Crime.
