Can these be re-used? null

I have been able to transplant a seedling (with the soil) by gently removing it from the plastic holder. I haven't tried to re-use the plastic holder yet (and fill it with my own potting soil) but I don't see why it wouldn't work. I cannot see how you would remove the plant without the soil pod though if that is what you are asking. The roots just grow too big and you don't want to separate them from the soil!
