• You can grow tons of different things - currently I have lettuce on one side and herbs on the other. For larger plants like tomatoes/peppers I’d recommend sticking to just those rather than growing with other things at the same time

• You can grow veggies and herbs in the Harvest Elite Slim. I'm growing Tomatoes in my Harvest Elite, and I've been harvesting them for about 9 months straight. There are certain vegetable plants that we do recommend growing in the Bounty or Farm models, due to their increased height. • Yes. You can buy their "empty" pods and plant your own seeds or buy the pods already implanted with lettuce, tomatoes etc.
