QuestionHello i used aftershokz in a 2:30h aiplane ride and now i cant hear properly. My hears are like “covered” Do you have any suggestion? Thank you A.

- Answer I literally wear my AfterShokz daily. I recharge every evening around 8pm. Only takes about an hour & 1/2 to charge.. I found that my ears hurt when I had my volume on too high for too long. No other problems though

- Answer Both Bone Conduction sites in front of your ear Work together to conduct hearing. So, in terms of a receiver they both receive.

- Answer I don't believe so. AfterShokz do not transmit sound in the same way other headphones transmit sound through the air to our eardrums. AfterShokzin transmit sound via vibration to the bones in our names and head, hence Bone Conduction.

- Answer I wear mine with hearing aids. You have to figure out which order to put things on. I have to put my mask on, then my hearing aids, then my glasses, then my aftershokz. I wear the Aeropex model. You do have to be aware just as when taking off your hat, glasses, etc. not to knock your hearing aids off. My aftershokz tend to slip in the back and ride just above my neck while my husband's seem to always circle the back of his head (he has a different model) so if I am layer lots of thinks in the same area I let my aftershokz sit ontop of my ponytail.

Questionare the after shock earphones, can you choose the size for them my dad was shopping with me but fond those aftershock earphones but do not know if they are like headphones where you can adjust them

- Answer Hey there! None of our headphones are adjustable at this time. We'd recommend that you use a measuring tape from just behind your left ear to the back of the right ear and pull it taut so that it sits snug around the back of your head. If you measure at 9.25 inches or less, you’ll find that our Aeropex Mini will be a better fit. If you measure above 9.25 inches, Air (or any of our other standard size models) will be a more comfortable fit. If you fall right on the line, we recommend Aeropex Mini.

- Answer My work great with my iPhone, no problems connecting at all. The volume on your phone effects the volume on any bluetooth items I find so make sure your volume is up. Love these, works well with my glasses too.

- Answer Yes. If the volume is sufficiently loud and they are next to you they will hear sound. Music is more distinguishable than speech depending on their SPIN score (speech in noise).

QuestionI have hearing aids (in the ear canal type). Would these work for me? I'm really looking to have the bluetooth capability of hearing phone calls. Currently my in ear hearing aids work, but I still have a hard time hearing calls clearly.

- Answer I could think they would most definitely... The construction and what they are made of is very Flexible and comfortable especially compared to there earlier series in AfterShokz. - Answer Just leave the on button press for 5 seconds and it would say paring. On your cell go to Bluetooth and pres scan they would appear on your cell and juat press connect

- Answer It depends on your output device. I use mine to watch TV, music from my i-phone, computer, etc. If you have a blue tooth radio, yes, if it has FM stations. I purchased an adapter from amazon to enable me to listen/watch TV. If your TV is blue tooth compatible, you don't need the adapter. I purchased the adapter linked below from Amazon.
