I believe they're possibly solved trouble I do believe the problem is the battery life inside inside the earbuds are probably is Apple bleed completely wore out in other words the battery is no good it would have to be replaced Just like sooner or later you have to replace the battery in your car this is no different Is while the way I'm not sure of the process or who would be able to supply that kind of service

The first two were replaced under warranty; one after about six months of daily use for 5+ hours/day and the other after only three months of the same type of use. I've had this third set for about 45 days. So far so good. They have a 2-year warranty so if you can prove your date of purchase, I would think they'd exchange them. My exchanges have been no questions asked other than date of purchase but I had registered them on their website when I purchase them. They can take a while to respond and facilitate the exchange, though. The second set took about a month from the time I shipped them to the time the new set arrived. It's all done on their website. I could never get anyone on the phone.
