Q: QuestionBought mine 18 months ago. Loved them for about 16 months. Then they stopped syncing with any of my Bluetooth devices. Customer service said to just turn them off and on to reset - didn’t work. Thoughts?

- A:Answer Sound like it was one too many devices that was connected . Try a hard reset if its one . I been going on two years + still works great . Delete on devices then re bluetooth. Should work fine .

Q: QuestionI have a pair of these I bought about 2 years ago. I use them nearly every day for about a half hour. Several months ago, I lost sound in one ear bud and now it shuts off after about 10 minutes, even when fully charged. Are they salvageable?

- A:Answer I believe they're possibly solved trouble I do believe the problem is the battery life inside inside the earbuds are probably is Apple bleed completely wore out in other words the battery is no good it would have to be replaced Just like sooner or later you have to replace the battery in your car this is no different Is while the way I'm not sure of the process or who would be able to supply that kind of service
