Yes it does. On the camera there is a microSD card slot. You just need to purchase the microSD card. It needs to be a Class 10 type card. Typically you just need 16GB. This will hold months of recordings. When it does get full, it will start to overwrite the oldest files on the card so you don't have to worry about the camera stopping recording.
