• A:Answer Yes, most certainly. Both phones just need to have the ALC SightHD app installed and connected to the camera. Each of you can view the camera at any time and both will receive notifications when there is motion detected.

• A:Answer To reset the information in the app you will need to select "More" on the screen. From there a popup will show and you select "Delete". To reset the camera itself, press and hold the reset button on the back below the power connector.

Q: QuestionI have ALC sight HD camera 1080p in place but I want to install another camera…do I do the setup on the new camera as a new device? Does this effect the other camera that is already working? Will both cameras be able to be seen on the app?

• A:Answer Yes you would setup a new camera as a new device. It does not affect the current camera. In most cases you will be able to use the one app, SightHD. But in this particular case of the AWF08 camera, it does use a different app, the ALC SightHD Lite app. All of the other ALC SightHD cameras (1080p cameras) use the ALC SightHD app.

Q: QuestionThe phone number in the packaging for ALC customer support 844-767-8544 is not an active number. The email address for support bounces back. The QR code on the camera goes no where. This from a purchase made in September 2024. Does the company still exist

• A:Answer The only way someone can access your camera is if they have your login information. They would need your login email and the password that you create when setting up your camera. They would need to have both pieces of information to access your camera. So unless you shared that information with someone, your camera should be safe.

• A:Answer Yes you can. You can have multiple cameras anywhere in the world connected to your ALC SightHD Lite app. As long as the cameras are connected to Wi-Fi with Internet access, you can view them anytime, anywhere.

Q: QuestionGood morning Our alc wireless camera keeps shutting off and back on I'm a few seconds. We have called alc and they recently sent us a new power supply but that has not fixed the issue. Any thoughts on what the problem could be? Thank you
