Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you log in on Best Buy under purchases it will show the phone and has owner manual also. If you can't find it you can google it too. In settings there is something called default apps in the app tab and that's where you select what app you wish to use for text messages etc. hope that helps but a manual should have been in the box I believe tracfone website has manual also.
