- Answer No, it doesn't have a protective cover or case. However, I dropped it before I got it out of the box it came in, and it survived its meeting with the wood floor! No doubt you can buy a case somewhere on-line. I made one for myself out of felt-type material and it works well.

QuestionCan my a502dl phone accept a Class 10 microSD card, or am I limited to expanding its memory with a lower class of microSD, like Class 4? I tried a Class 10 card and my phone seemed to accept it, but my phone won't let me delete photos stored on the card.

QuestionI just purchased this phone as a replacement . Same phone my son broke. I can not get Instagram to download from the playstore, says it is not compatible with this phone. Funny thing is my son had intagram on the same exact phone and it worked fine.

- Answer Things change with the App Store and compatibility. I have some say not compatible or sometimes not optimized for your device. All You can do is contact the developers for the app if you believe it's an error. It may have worked ok before but that's for you could Be many people had problems so they chose to no longer offer it due to problems others customers had.

- Answer when you make a call, AFTER the number is dialed and you no longer see number key pad screen, you will see on new call screen bottom left side an icon that looks like a megaphone with curved sound waves in front, tap that and your call will continue in speaker phone mode. answering a call is same way, find that icon on bottom left of call screen and tap it.

QuestionSomething I haven't figured out yet, and hope someone here can help. This phone has a screen lock feature, that I must use a pin code to unlock. But the camera works without the screen lock code, and it keeps coming on in my pocket. Any way to stop this?

- Answer Enter settings and tap security and location then you will see function shortcuts. That's where you can decide what things can or can't work while screen is in lock mode.

QuestionCan this phone be used a a mobile Hotspot, so PC's can connect to the internet using the phones signal? It seems to have Hotspot capability, but when I tried to test it, I got a message saying that was an extra feature that needed to be purchased?

QuestionHow many fingers can the touch screen process? Me and my friends like to play 4 player games on the same phone, like badland. I tried to on this model, but it didn't seem to process all of me and my friends/siblings fingers on the phone. Fixable?

- Answer Most cheap smart phones only support multitouch of 2 fingers. You would need a better device, like a flagship S10 or Pixel3 to make that work.

- Answer I had an Alcatel flip phone a couple of years ago, and it had those features. But you have to set them up yourself. I suggest getting online on a PC and do a search for the phone model, and you'll easily find a manual for it, to show you how.

- Answer You are correct. They do not work for cellular data at all. You can connect on wifi but that's 100% it. Garbage through and through.
