Yes, Best Buy explained the reason why the old owner returned the laptop. In this case, a member of the customer's family purchased an amazing PC, with all the bells and whistles. It had much the same hardware, but the expansion capabilities won the day.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I wasn't given a reason, but then again, I didn't ask. Best Buy guaranteed it was in perfect condition, and their tech guys had looked it over, so I had no reason to question it. I haven't had a problem with the product yet.
