- Answer You dont need a 240hz monitor for console. Any monitor with specs 144hz/1ms would be great for fortnite and other console game like Apex Legends.

QuestionI have a clx set desktop. intel core i9 nvidia geforce rtx 2080 graphics card. Will this monitor work well or should I keep looking. I read there are 2 versions amd and nvidia.

- Answer Heck yah!! This monitor works great for me but since it’s not G sync certified I could say for sure that it’s G sync compatible. But the G sync is ok in my opinion

- Answer If you are only planing to use an Xbox One X with this monitor and not a "High Power" Gaming PC, then there is no reason to get the Alienware 240Hz monitor. The Xbox One X only support frame rates up to 120Hz, and even this frame rate is newly supported by Microsoft and not many games yet support 120Hz from what I understand. With that said, to answer you question, the 2 monitors do not compare to each other. The Alienware is a 240Hz Gaming monitor aimed at E-Sports players on PC who want the fastest possible refresh rates. And the Asus you mentioned is a 75Hz budget Gaming monitor, which is a very decent monitor for you average gaming PC/Console. Hope this helps

QuestionI have a Alienware 15 laptop with a 1070 with a nvidia graphic card, can this monitor be optimized at 240 hz or am I better off buying the other model that supports nvidia graphic card? Trying to see if the cheaper model will do the job or whatcomparison

- Answer Yes it’s compatible with all consoles with hdmi, I use this monitor with a Xbox one S and it works great only downside is you can’t have any higher FPS than 60 so I would go for something in 4K with 60hz

QuestionI recently bought this monitor without a pc and connected it to my xbox. Since this has no built in speakers i bought a speaker and put the headphone jack into the back of the xbox. The speakers i got were the logitech z200. Now it won’t play any sound.
