• A:Answer At my Best Buy, they sell the Corsair 850 watt PSU, in the Alienware section. So, one should assume in theory. That yes, you, can use the Corsair PSU. In conjunction with the Alienware motherboard. As far as moving the motherboard to a new case. Not sure on that one. Use “the google” and find out. If the motherboard is removable or soldered (immovable) inside the case itself.

Q: QuestionI was wondering, could I live stream games at 1080p 60fps smoothly on this thing? I’ve been looking all over for a affordable gtx 1070, and I think I found it. Also does the HDD and the SDD matter? Sorry for the dumb questions, I’m sorta new to this.

• A:Answer As far as streaming as streaming 1080P 60FPS I've not tried it but I believe it should be fine. The game mode has built in app with the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 video card to record & take pictures. Secondly the I replaced the HDD with a Samsung HDD 850 EVO 1TB and it way better then HDD the system came with. My system is more stable and boot up is very fast.

• A:Answer This model comes with Killer n/a/ac 2.4/5GHz wifi. Specifically model 1535. It picks up a neighbors wifi that lives 50 yards from my house, so it has good range.

• A:Answer I'm not sure so do not quote me on this, but I think that the PSU (the power supply unit) supports both voltages and changes between them automatically, without the need of a voltage selector switch, all you need is an external adapter to fit the power cable into the wall socket, when you do that, you should be good to go. Yes I am an owner of the same machine the Alienware Aurora R7, and I live outside the US where the power supply is around 240 v on average, and I am currently in the same dilemma.

• A:Answer There are no slots for a 3.5" hdd. There are two non tool slots for 2.5" drives. However, you'll need to provide your own SATA cables. The PSU has two extra slots that have enough slots to accommodate 2 extra drives.
