- Answer No, they are VA panels (in the 1080p variants of which there are 2 available) and there is evidently a 4k option that is OLED. IPS monitors generally have lower refresh rates, so I wouldn't suspect any 300hz monitor of being IPS. Though the screen on board my M15 R4 is impressive for viewing angles and brightness and I'll say that the color reproduction is good, but not the best I've seen.

- Answer I get about 70fps on COD and Battlefield. With a little undervolting and tweaking, I can get up to 100fps.

- Answer For the 300Hz screen: From Alienware's site: "15.6" FHD (1920 x 1080) 300Hz 3ms 300-nits 100% sRGB color gamut" https://www.dell.com/en-us/shop/cty/pdp/spd/alienware-m15-r4-laptop?~ck=mn I do not see any indication of G-Sync on/off in the nVidia driver settings.
