Please try again later.FYI - alienware m laptops donot have upgradeable RAM , you do have to buy a preconfigured version. the only stuff that you can upgrade is ssd as there are 2 slots of m.2 and there is an ssd slot . download alienware command centre , do the bios update, the moment you take the baby out of the box! if you get windows blue screen error ! it is mostly due to RAM problem ! like 75% of the time , at that scenario REMEMBER THAT YOU WILL HAVE TO CHANGE THE MOTHERBOARD ! THAT geek squad protection comes very handy !
