Can you get all 6 readings with out having to get a subscription? Like having just my device and my iPhone will as a non paying individual still get all 6 readings anytime and as long as I wish?

This Kardia device does not do anything different from your Apple Watch unless you buy the monthly or annual subscription. Without the subscription, this device only tells you if you have atrial fibrillation (your Watch already does that), whether you have bradycardia (slow heart beat; you can easily do this just by measuring your heart rate which your Watch already does), and whether you have tachycardia (fast heart beat; same thing — your Watch measures heart rate already). With the subscription, you get the following which your Watch does not detect: sinus rhythm with PVCs, SVE, and Wide QRS. I intended to purchase device to get frequent readings of whether I have any of these 3 other issues (the ones requiring a subscription) but I don’t want to pay a subscription. The device is expensive enough. Dumping this device until no subscription is needed for the full readings. Subscription is about $10 monthly or $100 if you buy the annual subscription.

The fee covers analysis of the readout by a licensed cardiologist (with a limit on the frequency and number of physician reviews). Otherwise, on the basis of non-paid (free) use of the app, you can take a reading, have it identify very basic rhythms, and print (or create a file image) them out for delivery to your doctor. You can look up the current cost online. I believe it had been $9.99/month in the past, but please verify that.
