There is no required fee for using the KardiaMobile device itself. You can freely utilize the device to capture and record your EKG readings whenever you need it. The KardiaMobile is designed to be user-friendly and accessible to all who wish to monitor their heart health. However, we also offer an optional subscription service called KardiaCare. KardiaCare provides additional benefits such as unlimited cloud storage for your EKG recordings, monthly summary reports, and enhanced analysis features. While KardiaCare can enhance your experience with KardiaMobile, it is entirely optional, and you are not obligated to subscribe to it.

You just get an app and you can do basic EKG functionality with no fees. There is a premium service they try to get you to get that allows for advanced functionality and analysis but I don't bother with that. It works great as a basic EKG which is what I wanted and I keep it in my wallet.
