• Yes it come with module that connects connect to to the big speaker to the little speaker with the wire so it will run both at the same time.

• It has an external crossover for the tweeter only, not the traditional 'box style' that many component systems have. Thus no adjustable tweeter level. The low pass crossover for the woofer is an inductor built into the woofer itself.
