I only saw one size for women. It fit my wrist perfect. I’m neither small or thick wristed. Most metal bangles bracelets fit my wrist and this did as well.

I originally had a size large regular band, which I had to pull clear over to the third from last slot. The metal wristband fits perfectly. Loose enough that it can move a bit, but not so loose that it turns.
