- Answer I only saw one size for women. It fit my wrist perfect. I’m neither small or thick wristed. Most metal bangles bracelets fit my wrist and this did as well.

- Answer I paid $100 for the tracker. (I understand that there is one with more features, perhaps heart rate monitoring, for a higher price.) The tracker comes with a plastic band, but it can be hard for one person to fasten. After discovering that, I went back to Best Buy and bought a chrome band.

- Answer yes the Fitbit Alta Band (Silver) fits the Alta HR very nicely. At this time, I believe that the band only comes in small. I love it, it is elegant and comfortable.

- Answer This is not the fitness tracker. It is the silver band. The fitness tracker is sold separately. But to answer the question, the Alta does not have a heart monitor.

- Answer No, I think the connection pieces are different from an Alta to a blaze for the bands. You can check out the connection pieces at your local Best Buy store with their display fitbits. Best of luck.

- Answer The silver is reflective material as the band is dual purpose for activities like jogging and as a sleep band. Would not recommend wearing in the shower.
