• This is not the fitness tracker. It is the silver band. The fitness tracker is sold separately. But to answer the question, the Alta does not have a heart monitor.

• Does not include a monitor but will track number of minutes That u reached ideal exercise heart rate. You track this on ur phone as well with the Fitbit app
