Yes it does. I have the non HR Alta, but I checked the Fitbit website and this does indeed fit both. It definitely dresses it up! It will make it quite a bit heavier, but I've gotten used to it.

Yes it does work with the Alta hr the fit is a little tighter so double check that you are getting the correct size
