- Answer The charging pad is on top of the speaker. Mine just came, it has a wall charger and usb cable for charging so it can be charged by your computer or by the wall charger.

- Answer Hi there - thank you for your question! We'd be happy to help! Please follow these steps: 1. Power on your speaker by holding the power button for 5 seconds. Make sure the Bluetooth button is blinking red and blue. 2. Access the bluetooth setting on your smartphone 3. Find BoomJacket Jolt in the list of available connections and press "Pair" 4. Wait 2-3 seconds and the speaker will pair. If this does not work, please contact us at 1-855-292-4087!

Questionwhy is it that the volume doesn’t go to the max it only goes about 3/4 of a way before it goes mute and if the next song has a loud bass it’d mute if the volume is 3/4 of the way how do i fix this ?
