    • Answer Hey there! It will run for about a few hours with the volume cranked and the lights on. If you choose to turn the lights off and play it at a reasonable volume it will last a couple days before it needs a charge. It says 30 hours of life. But that's skeptical. I got a full day or so of play time with the volume at about 75% and the lights turned off. It depends entirely on volume, bass, EQ settings, environment, and usage.

    • Answer It gets quite loud. The volume depends on what your phone can put out through the Bluetooth or the headphone jack. I use Power Amp as the music player on my Android phone, it can get quite loud compared to the iphone connected to it. I owned the mini life jacket. This speaker gets quite loud and the bass response is deeper. This is a larger unit.

  • QuestionCan I leave it plugged in all day while using it without battery damage?

    • Answer The battery will charge and stay fully charged. When the unit powers on and starts to play music, the charge light will turn on and charge the battery while it's playing. The speaker wasn't designed to play plugged in. The adapter that came with it puts out 1 amp at 5 volts (5watts) The speaker consumes more energy when the lights are on and the volume is loud. I've tried using a stronger adapter and I still get the same result. The speaker's circuity charges the battery as soon as the voltage drops on the battery. Keeping it plugged in will just keep charging the battery while it's running.

    • Answer I use the (5 volt 1 amp) adapter that came with the speaker. You can use a different 5 volt adapter, the charge current is regulated by the speaker's circuity. It still takes a few hours to fully charge the battery. I've used a 5 volt 2 amp charge block and still got the same result.

    • Answer Yes. It's beside the charge port, below the USB port. There's a rubber door that protects those inputs. That's located on the left hand side of the speaker.

  • QuestionPlease list important specs buyers want to know. Output watts, Number of speakers, Speaker sizes, Bass frequency, Bass boost, etc. Personally I don't care about fancy lights if the speaker is weak and sounds bad or has weak bass. I don't want to call a #!

    • Answer The wattage of the speaker drivers are rated at 5 watts and 4 ohms. There are two 40mm drivers In The unit. The back of the unit has a passive bass Radiator. The bass response and the EQ are entirely up to you and your devices music software. The on board DSP of the speaker handles bass very well... The sound is clean, rich, and deep. I use Power Amp as my phone's music player and the speaker has moved from the bass in some tracks. I'd recommend some rubber feet for the bottom.

    • Answer Hey there! I own one. I've looked at the speakers, they are rated for 5 watts at 4ohms per speaker. They are 40 mm drivers. There's a bass Radiator behind the unit. It's quite loud with a rich and deep output.
