“how do you rotate a picture once it has been downloaded to the frame? The picture was fine on my computer but is sideways on the screen. Also, how do i get random viewing? I do not want the pictures in the order I downloaded them.”

I hold my finger down on the photo and a rotation thingy comes up. It doesn't work great and sometimes you have to try a couple of times to get it to save correctly.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.i was told to just tap the picture and in the right hand corner would be a rotate icon, nope, didn't happen. Also, I chose Random as indicated, didn't work either. Perhaps I just need to call the help line?
