“Will this product play Mov files? Is there a limit on the length of the video? Also I uploaded a file and it only plays the caption - not the video itself.”

It does not play MOV file but if you send the video thru our app, it will convert the video recorded and play on the frame. If the video is not playing, please try a different encoding as the one you uploaded is probably not supported.
