“This frame is rotating all photos to landscape even if they're properly rotated on my usb card. Is there any way to change this? Very frustrating.”

I had this very frustrating problem. Found help on their website, I pasted the link at the end of this answer. I downloaded the photo viewer from Anny Studios. The download did not work and I was not able to open any photo editor. I admittedly did not try the other download. If you pause the slideshow, you can use the right/left arrows to rotate the picture, the up/down buttons to proceed to other photos and the play/pause button to continue the slide show. However, the rotation will not be saved once you move from the photo.
