Q: QuestionCan 2 frames have the same account log in? So the 2 frames get the same picture? Or if I buy a new frame can the pictures from my old one transfer over?

Q: QuestionIf I load an SD to watch do the contents stay in the Memory? If I have different folders on different SD's. I want to view them separately.

• A:Answer That frame will play photos directly from the SD or USB memory cards. Use 32Gb or smaller cards. The frame will likely not recognize folders. It just looks for jpg photos. However, photos from the memory cards can be uploaded to the frame and then placed in folders. For more tips contact support@aluratek.com.

Q: QuestionI have a google phone and google photos on the phone. When using the Aluratek app it will only pull up (from my "Camera Roll")214 pictures which only goes back 2 years. Do I have to delete the app and reload? I have 2 Aluratek devices & linked to another.

• A:Answer Google Photos is a cloud-based holder of photos. You have to download those photos to your phone first, then our Phone App (Smart Frame or FrameTime) will be able to see the photos and send them.

• A:Answer No. The Calendar is a simple feature for showing the month while also showing a slideshow. It does not read files from MS Outlook, Google Calendar or other apps.

Q: QuestionWhat's the difference between the 15.6 AWS15f and the 17.3 AWS17f other than the price? Will the 17.3 cut off more of the photo than the 15.6? Also what do the letters of the model number mean?

• A:Answer As a person that has both it is not about the image cutting but rather how far you can see it from. As for the model I would check resolution and pixel to see if a difference exists.

• A:Answer Unfortunately, that is not possible. The alternative is to save your grouped photos onto different SD cards. Then simply swap SD cards as needed.

• A:Answer Depends on your display choices in the menus. You can choose to display the entire photo (which will appear smaller) or crop (which will still look great IMO). Also, transition effects, etc. affect movement of your image (e.g., pan across the screen). I was concerned about this issue as well, shooting in a variety of aspect ratios. Happy to say, this frame does a very nice job of presenting the shot. Play around with the settings and you'll likely find a mode that suits your taste.
