Yes. There are 2 ways to do this. The main method is that the first person to setup the frame will download the Smart Frame app for phone. Bind that to the frame. All additional users also download the Smart Frame app for phone, they login using their own user and pass, then they also bind to the frame but they do so slightly different. Once they are bound to the frame then as long as the frame is connected to WIFI those additional users can send photos to the frame anywhere from the U.S. or Canada. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. Each user downloads the app and ties the app to the frame. Each user can quickly send photos and videos from anywhere. I'm not sure if there is a limit to how many users can be tied to the frame through the app, we have three tied to the frame so far. There is also a way to email photos to the frame if you include a specific code in the Subject of the email.
