Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There are no subscription fees with any Aluratek frames. Our phone app is free for any of our WIFI frames (Android or Apple). Once you download the phone app you bind to the frame and then send photos. Photos go directly to the internal memory of the frame. They are not stored on a cloud service which is why we do not charge extra fees for Cloud storage and other services. We simply recommend users keep their original photos on their phones, memory cards, computers, and even larger cloud storage such as iCloud or Google.
