No, but you can hit pause on the frame or remote control when you get to a certain photo. Also be sure to set your slideshow interval to the highest time possible. Pause mode will not last forever, but it will give you more time. Another trick is to make 10 to 20 copies of the same photo and only put those copies in the slideshow. Have the slideshow on repeat mode. This can be effective for your purposes but would require deleting other photos from the frame and maybe only having the frame play the photos from an SD card or USB thumb drive. Use 32GB or smaller cards.
