Can photos transfer directly from PC? null

Yes. Use the USB cable for a direct connection, and if the frame has a PC Control feature you can connect the frame to the same WIFI network as your computer, then go to PC Control in settings, tap Start, enter the FTP number that the frame shows into a Windows or Mac Folder/File Explorer bar and when the computer folder connects to the Frame FTP you can drop photos into that folder and they will show on the frame. Finish by tapping STOP on the frame before going back to the home page.
