“Does the frame need wifi to play the slideshow once the pictures are on it? I was going to get it for my grandparents but they don't have wifi. I will upload pictures with my wifi then give it to them. I want to make sure the slideshow will play.”

The frame does not require Wi-Fi to play photos. After the photos have been loaded onto the frame it will play them as long as the frame is turned on.
